Return/Refund policy
No subscription fees will be refunded at any point of time.
In some mandatory conditions/cases the request for refund must be raised within 48 hours of making of the payment from the registered email ID. We shall verify the concerned records upon our satisfaction regarding the subscription payment made by you. The amount paid (without any interest or so) may be refunded or adjusted, as the case may be, to be decided by us in following cases only if:
- the subscription fees for a service is paid more than once or any extra amount paid/deducted for the service mistakenly or due to technical glitch.
- we could not start your subscribed service is closed by us within 60 days of payment for that subscription made by you.
- All refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 15 (Fifteen) working days of receiving refund request and mode of refund would be discussed.
